Protecting your privacy is important to the Handgun Club of America. We provide the following statement to help you understand how this site collects, uses and protects personal information you provide on our web site:

When you visit and move around in www.handgunclub.com, you are anonymous. Personal information, including your email address, is not collected. We do record your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) which tells us which parts of our web site you visit, and how long you stay there. This is done to help us better understand how visitors use our site and enable us to make it more useful. We do not link your IP address to anything personally identifiable.

We use a standard technology called a “cookie” to collect information on how the site is used. A cookie is a small string of text that a web site can send to your browser. A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive, pass on computer viruses, or reveal your email address. Cookies can enhance your visit by securely storing a user id and password, personalize home pages, identify which parts of a site have been visited, or keep track of selections in a “shopping cart.”

Refund Policy
If at any time during the first year of membership the individual chooses to cancel their membership and requests a refund, we will refund 100% of the first year's dues. Subsequent year's memberships will be prorated for the portion of the year remaining (i.e. if the member paid $18 for their membership renewal and cancels after 6 months, they will be entitled to a $9 refund.

Cancellation Policy
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If a member is unsatisfied for any reason, they may cancel their membership by notifying HCA by phone, fax, email or mail.
